From the point that you order the services through The Lava Factory and we have our initial chat about what you need done, we get the designers into gear and they go to work. The site will be functioning with that time period and you can transact with customers with your new site.

That is why we are here. We do all the work for you, from provisioning your domain name, setting up the email, organizing the web space, hosting the site. Right through to showing you how to add/edit products and process orders.

Yes of course. If you want to pay the full amount straight away then please do, but if you want to pay the 50% first to get going, then the other 50% on Go Live Day you are more than welcome. We want to make your web journey as pleasant as possible.

Our packages include web hosting and the SSL certificate for 12 months. After that you can chose to renew these services at a cost of $25 per month for the hosting and $85 for the year for the SSL certificate.

We don’t go in and fix old and outdated websites that aren’t performing. Our model is based on providing you with a brand new site that works brilliantly. Either way, let’s chat and see what we can come up with.

Sure, if you don’t want to renew it then you are free to leave. No charges for that, we can provide you a backup file of your site that you can restore on to any other web server. Then you are free do with it what you will.

Yes, the ownership of the domain name is your company. We do not register The Lava Factory as the owner. Therefore you are free to do whatever you wish with your domain at all times. We can manage it for you to make things easier that’s all.

We provision Microsoft 365 accounts for you if you don’t have an email address for your business already. This gives a professional approach to the communications rather than just having a GMail account! The subscription is registered to your company and is a monthly plan that you can cancel at any time. After the 12 months, you are responsible for paying this yourself unless you want to cancel it which you are quite entitled to do.

The subscription itself is the Microsoft 365 Business Essentials plan that gives an Email account with 50GB of storage, plus 1TB of One Drive space. It also gives access to the online versions of Microsoft Office.

This cost is $60 per year per mailbox. If you already have an email provider you want to use then we can remove that from the package cost.
