Website Planning & Implementation
Content is King
You will hear us talk about this a lot during planning and delivery of the site. The more good quality content you have, the better the site will be.

Important to the future success is knowing where the customers come from and what they are looking at on the site. What do they click on and how they behave. We provide all this.
CRM
On our two larger packages we integrate tightly with a backend Customer Relationship Management system. It means that you can easily send HTML emails out to you customers.
Security
All the websites are protected by a Secure Certificate (SSL). This means that all transactions are encrypted and secure. The payment gateway we use is ‘Stripe’ but we can integrate any others that you may be already using.
Initial Contact
Here we will have a call to discuss the outcomes and the plan for the site. We work through what you want to achieve and make sure that the ideas are aligned nicely.
Once we have set this foundation we can move on to the data collection stage.
Collect the information for the site.
The site is obviously nothing without content, as on the internet “Content is King”. So we want photos of products/events/people, people using products, people at events, business logo, captions and slogans. Basically everything that we can get our hands on. The more data we have, the better we can make the site.
Then there is all the legal stuff, the store setup, the domain registration. All the things that are essential for a working online store.
Don’t worry, we will guide you through everything.

Now it is up to the designers to put together what they think would be the best look and feel to match the brand and products you have.
We work ‘with’ you on this to make sure everything is tracking along nicely.
